Bako Park Photos

My friend Annie kicks back during the boat trip to the park, the only way to get there, which keeps it nice and remote.

Monkeys were everywhere, from the paths to making flying leaps from tree to tree.

Almost all of the hikes ended at beautiful, secluded beaches.

This giant carniverous pitcher plant could have swallowed the palm unit whole. Luckily, they don't like silicon and plastic.

Borneo had, with absolutely no doubt, the best sunsets I have ever seen in my life. No picture can truly capture it.

The sky and water were on fire, and everyone would stand on the beach for a half an hour in silence watching. Even the park rangers who live there would stand and watch- it was fantastic.
