Yet another morning view of the mountains. Since it was monsoon season, the days were usually too cloudy to see the peaks. Luckily, that meant there were virtually no other tourists. You could travel for up to three days in this usually highly travelled area without seeing another visitor. |

This river valley between Muktinath and Jomsom is on the Tibetan Plateau, thus its rather barren features. |
